1. Return Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items that have been damaged, washed, altered, or otherwise used may not qualify for return.
3. Change-of-Mind Returns
Eligible change-of-mind returns are accepted when the item meets the return conditions.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. How to Request a Return
Email support@beabadoobeemerch.com with your order number, item(s), reason for return, and photos where relevant. Please do not send an item back before the request has been reviewed and approved.
6. Return Shipping
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds generally appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
8. Exchanges and Store Credit
Exchanges may be available subject to product availability. Store credit may also be offered where applicable.
9. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancellable.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
